Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
  • Items such as skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at alorbeautylounge@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
