Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or special orders may require additional processing time.

We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and expedited shipping at an additional cost. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at alorbeautylounge@gmail.com.

Yes, we ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and import duties.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us at alorbeautylounge@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
